How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders registered until 14:00 are processed and shipped that afternoon, the orders placed later that day will come out the next day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.


  • Spanish peninsula (1-2 days)

  • Portugal (2-3 days)

  • France (4-5 days)

  • Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Italy (4-5 days)

  • Non-peninsular Spanish territories as Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Balearic Islands (2-3 days)

How much will the shipping costs be?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and the destination address. How can I place an order for someone else?

Follow the normal process as if the order was being sent to you. In order to do this, follow these steps. Once you have selected the products, packs or lots of your order and you wish to complete the purchase, provide us with your billing address (as the one who is giving) and a shipping address (for the recipient of the gift). The recipient will receive your gift with a delivery note without price.


How can I track my order?

We will send you a message including thetracking code of your shipment along withyour order number.

How is an order delivered?

The carrier will hand over your order to the shipping address provided to us during the purchase process. ECOSPAIN does not ship to PO boxes.


How does the delivery work?

The delivery is normally made during office hours.

If there is someone to pick up the order, that person will receive the order and will only have to sign the delivery note.

If there is no one to pick up the order, the carrier will leave a note with a phone number so that you can call and agree ona new day and time for the order to be delivered.

If at the second delivery attempt there is no one to pick up the order, you may have to pick up the order at thenearest office of the carrier.

The carrier tracking number we provide you is important as it gives you an idea of the approximate delivery date and helps you receive your order at the first attempt.

It is important that you are aware of the delivery date of your order in order to avoid the carrier storing the product longer than necessary.


Do I have to make any additional payment?

No, only in case you want to modify the order or add more products.


How can I pay?

  • 1.- Bank transfer:

In the e-mail confirmation of your order, we provide you with the following instructions to perform the transfer:

  • 1. Exact amount to transfer
  • 2. Full number of the current account in which to pay the sum of your order.
  • 3. Your order reference. We will process your request as soon as we receive the income. We will confirm you with an e-mail receipt of the transfer and the status of your order. You can also check the status of your order. Remember that delivery times listed in our delivery terms begin when we have confirmation of your income in the current account provided. In case you do not receive the e-mail with the transfer information, you can check if your mail service is classifying our messages as SPAM (junk mail). Please, take a look at your junk mail folder because our messages are likely to be there.   • 2.- Credit card:

Perhaps you prefer to pay with credit card. Any of the following are valid: Visa, MasterCard or American Express. In any case, you will need to have the following information at hand: 

  • Card number 
  • Card holder
  • Expiration date
  • CSC or CVV (security code which appears on the back of the card)


  • 3.- PayPal:

If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay for the orders you make on www.ecospain.com. After the confirmation of your order by Paypal, we will process the shipment of your order.



Can I modify or cancel an order already placed?

After confirming the order, we startpreparing it immediately. Once it leaves our warehouse we will send you an e-mail to let you know, and from that moment on, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify it.If your order has not left our warehouse yet, you can contact us indicating your order number and the changes you want to make.


Can I return my order?

You can return the received products in the following cases:

1) If the packing is significantly damaged. In this case, tell the carrier that you do not accept it.

2) If any of the products are not in good condition.In either case, in a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of your order, please contact us indicating:

Your order number.

Which product or products you want to return, and what problem they have.

What do you want us to do, change products by others, or refund the purchase price.

Once we have received your message, we will inform you about how to return the merchandise. We will not accept changes or returns if we have not previously received notification. ECOSPAIN will reimburse the amount of the product and willpay, in both cases, the return costs.

We only ask these conditions to proceed with the refund:

    • 1. The order must be returned in the original packaging, including plastic and labels, within 7 working days from the delivery date. n
    • 2.  Returns will not be accepted ifwe do not receive the merchandise in perfect conditions, that is, the products have not been used, altered or manipulated.

If the received products do not arrive in perfect conditions we will not accept the return.


  • 3. If for any other reason other than the above mentionedyou are not satisfied, you can return any product. In this case, once the goods have been received in their original packaging and in perfect conditions, we will proceed to the repayment of the amount corresponding to the goods of your order. However, please note that the transport, shipping and return costs shall be borne by you and that you have a maximum of 7 working days from the receipt of your order to contact us and let us know the problem.

We will contact you to find a satisfactory solution and indicate the steps to follow.

If your order has not left our warehouse yet, please contact us indicating your order number and the changes you want to perform.

I have a discount coupon or a gift voucher. How can I use it?

To apply discount coupons or gift vouchersto your purchases you must follow a few simple steps. At the end of the purchase process, you will find an option in which to use either coupon or check. You only have to enter the code and you can immediately see how the total amount of your order varies.In your www.ecospain.com account you can check your discount coupons and gift vouchers. But of coursethey disappear when they expire or have been used.
